An exciting opportunity has become available to join our friendly team as a Residential Sales Agent.

In this role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

• Contacting and meeting with prospective vendors who have expressed an interest in engaging the agency
• Listing and showing properties
• Conducting regular follow up calls
• Managing existing client relationships and encouraging repeat and word of mouth generated business
• Working autonomously on self promotion and collective marketing strategies for the agency to grow sales

This Agency is seeking a real Leader that you can focus your energy and expertise on impressing your clients and SELLING PROPERTIES!

There is a real team focus in this Agency, which means that you will support your fellow sales people and they will support you.

In order to succeed in this role you must have a Certificate of Registration or be a Licensed Agent.

You will require a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills and a strong client services ethic.

You will also require a minimum of 18 months previous experience in a real estate sales role.
