BODY CORPORATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Rapid Realty is proud of its Body Corporate Management services to owners of strata units in community title schemes.

We establish a professional agreement with your body corporate to suit the needs of your community. Defined in our professional agreement is detailed breakdown of the services we deliver to our body corporate clients.

These services include:

  • Keep and maintain all documentation for the body corporate, including owners roll, AGM notices, minutes & other records
  • Liaise with the lot owners, committee members etc to carry out the requirements of the Body Corporate in accordance with the instructions received from the Body Corporate
  • Maintain the bank accounts for the Body Corporate including payments, receipting of levies and providing regular financial reports to the committee or for the AGM
  • Selecting an advertising program to give your property the maximum coverage in the market place, targeting buyers with matching interests. This includes erecting signage in front of your property, displaying colour window cards, placing your property on the internet FREE
  • Preparing for and supervising Open House Inspection(s) at times convenient to you. We can also show the property by appointment (again at convenient times) for your buyers
  • Follow up on all enquiries from advertisements, window display signs, drive past inspections, internet enquiries, etc; Canvassing buyers who have expressed interest in similar properties to make them aware of your property
  • Communicating with you regularly while the property is for sale about all the activities relating to your property and any prospective buyers
  • Receiving offers from buyers and negotiating on your behalf with them to achieve the highest possible sale price
  • Preparing and completing the sale contract. Making sure that all parties obtain copies and follow up the contract to successful completion.
